It give you access to all the features of the application.
With INTERNET CONNECTION the APP will be able to sync the time and offer you the full features. Once the timestamp is synchronized the INTERNET CONNECTION the app can works offline as well.
There are three main option:
- New Shipment
- Find Shipment
- Track Shipment

Create a New Shipment
New Shipment
It let you create a New Shipment, is the CORE feature of the APP.
A New Shipment is essentially a Unique Code, it will be use to retrieve all the information will be associate to the Shipment itself.
A UNIQUE CODE is proposed by DEFAULT, feel free to edit it or SCAN a BARCODE or a QR-CODE with the CAMERA. To Scan with the CAMERA you must GRANT the permission to use the CAMERA and then PRESS AGAIN in the button SCAN.

Add Box/Package to the Shipment
Add Box/Package
This page will be show to you after the shipment creation.
Here a set of values useful to describe your box can be filled and save. PICTURES of the STATUS of the BOX can be STORED.
Also for the BOX a UNIQUE CODE is proposed by DEFAULT, feel free to edit it or SCAN a BARCODE or a QR-CODE with the CAMERA.
Great! Now the Shipment have a Box/Package associated!!
Search a Shipment
How to Find a Saved Shipment
From the Main Page you can access to the SEARCH PAGE.
To search a Shipment you can scroll the list or use the Filter on the top of the Page. The FILTER ID can be filled directly scanning a BARCODE or a QR-CODE.
It will search and show the results based on both the Shipment Code and the Box/Package Code.
Select One of the Shipment pressing the CheckBox and a preview of the pictures associated, to the Shipment will appear on the bottom (if pics are available).
You can FIND and VIEW the SAVED SHIPMENTS!
Generate Report
Create a Report of the Shipment
This page show the PREVIEW of the REPORT and can be reach from the Search Shipment Page.
The Preview include ALL the data has been associated to the Shipment, some of the information are not accessible from the BASE version of the APP.
Press once the Button DOWNLOAD AS PDF and after a short ADVERTISEMENT, the PDF will be ready. With the same BUTTON you can now access by the FILE EXPLORER to the REPORT.
The REPORT included both a "PDF" and a "dbss" files. The "dbss" file is a crypt database file with the information related to a Single Shipment. You can share it and the information included are guarantee.
You REPORT is NOW ready!!
Edit Shipment
How to Change some data of a Shipment and the relative Box/Package
From the MAIN PAGE press on the same BUTTON you USED to find the SHIPMENT
Select from the list of filter using the Barcode or QRcode.
Then press on the bottom left the "Edit" button.
You will find all the information available ready to be change! Remember to SAVE after the EDIT :)
You CHANGES are NOW saved!!
Tracking Shipment
How to start Tracking a Shipment
From the MAIN PAGE press the Track Shipment button.
Register with a mail (if you subscribed you can use every mail provider otherwise choose one among (@gmail, @iCloud, @me).
Add the Tracking Number provided from your carrier and press "Register". You can select the carrier from the list, otherwise the system will try to find it automatically. Please note that if you specify both the tracking number and the carrier, the system will register it and you will get a notification as soon as the information about that shipment become available.
Select the Shipments sheet and press on the "eye" icon to have a fast overview of the shipment status. Press on the bottom the "View Tracking Details" to access at the map and the steps of the shipment
